Payment and Appointment Policy
Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Pricing: All prices for services are clearly stated within the links above and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Insufficient Notice: Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may forfeit the full cost of the service or a percentage thereof.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will forfeit the full payment.
Refunds: No refunds will be granted.
5. Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive a service.
For individuals under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide express written consent and may be required to be present during the session.
